Research Activity

Interviewing people aged 60 or older to learn of their experience with and testing for COVID-19, so we can design a solution that will satisfy our personas wants, needs, and desires.

Research Hypothesis

The current COVID-19 testing process for the elderly residents of the City of Cambridge is complex and inaccessible for people of older age and should be simplified in order for them to feel comfortable and safe.

Findings

Lack of desire to get tested for covid-19.
